Ellen Kehl, CNP, is the Director of Marketing and Development at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health in Erie, Pennsylvania. She previously served as Associate Director at The Nonprofit Partnership, where she began as an intern and advanced through multiple roles over a decade. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Public Administration from Gannon University. Her dedication to the nonprofit sector was recognized when she was named one of Erie’s 40 Under 40 in 2022 and a Woman Making History in 2025.
