Jonathan Rilling is the Chief Executive Officer of Erie Homes for Children and Adults, Inc. (EHCA), a role he assumed on January 1, 2025. Prior to this, he served as EHCA’s Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing services for individuals with disabilities. Jonathan also contributes to the broader nonprofit community as a board member of The Nonprofit Partnership. His leadership focuses on strategic growth and fostering community partnerships to support EHCA’s mission.
