Patrick Herr is Vice President of Community Impact and Leadership at The Erie Community Foundation, where he oversees competitive grantmaking and leads initiatives that drive positive change across the region. With over two decades of nonprofit management experience in Erie, Pat previously held leadership roles in mental health and housing services. He holds a master’s degree in social work from Edinboro University and a bachelor’s from Washington and Jefferson College. Passionate about community, Pat enjoys sailing and life in Erie with his family.
