Thomas A. Tupitza, Esq., serves as President of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C., where he advises clients across private, public, and nonprofit sectors on finance, real estate, and governance matters. A past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, he is active as bond counsel in tax-exempt financing transactions. Tom is an elected member of the American Law Institute and holds degrees from Westminster College and Harvard Law School. His extensive community involvement includes serving as Vice Chair of The Erie Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees and past chair of Westminster College’s Board of Trustees.
